  Proximity to the airport and free free limo service to the airport. Excellent service in the dining room. Appreciated being upgraded to a king size bed.

  The beds and bedding was very comfortable including pillows. I have a very difficult time getting any sleep in other hotels because of soft, flat pillows.

  I was very upset because I booked 2 queen beds but they only had one room left with 1 queen bed. I showed the pin code and the booking #. They told me sorry but that's just was available. Thank goodnes my husband didn't end up coming with us because we all (myself, my husband and my 17yr. old daughter) wouldn't have been able to sleep in one bed. We arrived late in the evening due to a volleyball tournament and I was too tired to argue with the front desk. When all is said and done, we won't be staying there again. Sincerly, Tracy Mitchell

  The conference room and people were excellent at every requests. The staff at the reception were helpful in getting stored items quickly and effeciently.

  There were two things that could have been better. One was the crowding of people at the reception floor at all times including late evenings.Second was the restaurant was extremely slow in serving.

  The room was clean and comfortable. The dual shower head was a fantastic touch! Great stay!

  It was a little on the pricy side. Not too bad, But I would rather pay the extra 49-50 $ and know Im safe.

  Very convenient for the airport, friendly staff, clean rooms and good value for money.

  There was a wedding party on the night we stayed and the music they played was very loud considering we were on the 5th floor!

  Rooms are incredibly overpriced at $170.01 for a non-smoking room for my 83 year old mother and I. The restaurant is also incredibly overpriced at $15 per person for simple bacon and eggs. And the $250 damage deposit finishes it off .... I will never stay at the GreenWood again!

  internet service noy reliable and i was unable to connect for an important group discussion. This was at 7 a.m. and when I asked I was told they did have a problem and no one knew how to fix it therefore it would not be available until a certian employee came in at 10. For travellers this is exptremely important form of communication and this was totally unacceptable

  hotel is getting run down had to move rooms because of first room not very clean. needs a facelift. beds are far to high. i had my elderly mother thee rand it was very hard for her to get in and out of bed.

  We never stayed in this hotel chain before and it worked out well for what we wanted.

  If the hotel is full, it does take some time for only 2 elevators to move everyone to 6 floors. The small fridge was nice to have but it's setting had to be at minimum so as not to freeze what you had in there. The freezer door (inside) was missing. With a fridge you would expect a microwave but there was only a fridge. The room was still great, however, as was the bathroom.

  Chef put mushrooms in damn near everything, except the menu (Allergy problem). Ding, ding, ding -- fruit machines, vlts, get rid of them or move them or put a wall around them.
